Can I do multiple website projects?
Pricing is per domain project. Pricing for multiple projects is available via our Agency Program.
How are additional keywords charged?
It is common for projects to use more than your initial allotment of keywords. Our pricing is set up to make this affordable and only be charged on what your are using. Additional keyword costs are based on the max count from your prior billing period.
What is your billing cycle?
Your first month’s billing is prorated. Billing occurs first day of the month thereafter.
Do you offer a free trial?
Free 30 trial is available for Audience Key light. If you have special needs to try Pro, contact us
Can I export my data?
Yes, your keyword, URL, and current ranking data are available for export anytime via CSV
Are there contract or setup fees?
There are no contracts or setup fees. You can switch your plan or cancel anytime to discontinue monthly renewal.
Is there a maximum number of keywords for a project?
Audience Key can handle up to 80,000 keywords in a single project.
How can I switch my plan?
Upgrade or downgrade your account anytime from your Account Billing area. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing period.
Is unused additional data carried over to the next month?
No. Additional data is not accumulative and any unused additional keywords or content briefs will not be carried over to the next month.
How can I cancel my plan?
Cancel your plan anytime from your Account Billing area. Upon cancelation you will still be able to use your plan until the end of the current subscription period.
